The Ultimate Breakfast Bagel

These breakfast bagels are a simple yet super tasty breakfast.

Who doesn’t love bacon, eggs, and cheese? These bagels are sure to hit the spot and to be a new weekend staple.

Ingredients

  • 2 bagels
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a frypan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add in the bacon and eggs and cook to your personal liking, salt, and pepper the eggs.
  3. Once cooked turn off the pan and place 2 pieces of cheese on each egg and lay 2 pieces of bacon on top allow to sit in the frypan until cheese has slightly melted.
  4. Cut the bagels in half, toast, and then butter.
  5. On the bottom half of the bagels lay the stack of eggs, cheese, and bacon and top with the other half of the bagel.
  6. Enjoy!
