Gooey Chocolate Pudding

This recipe uses 5 simple ingredients and takes about 30 minutes to make!

You can pair this with any ice cream of your choice! We recommend using vanilla ice cream with this hot gooey chocolate pudding

Ingredients

  • 185grams dark cooking chocolate
  • 150grams Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180c fan-forced.
  2. In a microwave-proof bowl add the chocolate and butter, microwave in 30-sec bursts, and mix each time until fully melted. (be careful to not burn the chocolate).
  3. In a separate bowl sift in the flour and add the castor sugar, and mix. Add the eggs and chocolate mixture. Mix with a spatula until it becomes a thick batter.
  4. pour the batter into a round cake tin.
  5. Cook for 10-15 min or until the edges are slightly cooked and the center still batter.
  6. Remove and serve straight away with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  7. Enjoy!
