So simple and so delicious!
You can have these as a snack or add them to your next salad to add something special.
Ingredients
- 260grams raw almonds
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with baking paper
- place the almonds into a bowl and warm the honey until it becomes liquified.
- Add honey to the almonds and mix until all almonds are completely covered.
- Spread the mix onto the baking tray and sprinkle the sea salt over the almonds.
- Bake for around 15-25 minutes shaking the almonds every few minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
- Enjoy!
