Fresh Fruit Punch

This is Summer in the form a drink!

Please note, the suggestion below is for 18 years And Over Only.

Our fresh fruit punch can be made two ways, you can either have this as a fresh punch or add alcohol to make this into Summer Jungle Juice.

Ingredients

Punch

  • 1 Ltr Ocean spray cranberry juice (you can use “Diet” option if preferred)
  • 250ml of pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 125ml Cup coconut water
  • 1 1/2 (375ml) Orange juice, we recommend fresh (If not an option use Mildura orange juice)
  • 750ml Schweppes ginger ale

Serving

  • 1 orange
  • 1-2 peaches
  • 250g strawberries
  • 2 limes
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. The day before make sure all ingredients are refrigerated and ice cubes are made.
  2. On the day. Mix together all punch ingredients except ginger ale. Keep in the refrigerator
  3. Just before serving, slice up the oranges and limes in your preferred way. Then cut just the tops off the strawberries and slice them into wedges or flat slices. Cut your peaches into wedges and remember to remove the pit.
  4. Add the oranges, limes, strawberries and peaches to your punch. Add the ginger ale to the mix gently and mix.
  5. Before serving, add a few ice cubes to the glass and then top off with your punch mix.
  6. Enjoy!
