Parmesan And Pistacho Twists

Simple and full of flavour these will be perfect for an entree or maybe even a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped shelled pistachios
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Brush one side of the pastry with egg whites and sprinkle on half of the parmesan and pistachios. Flip the pastry over and brush with egg whites and sprinkle with the rest of the pistachios and parmesan.
  3. Cut the sheet of pastry into 5 long pieces. Gently twist each piece. Place onto the baking tray making sure non of the twists are touching
  4. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
