Quick, easy and tasty give these banana pops a go these school holidays!
Note: Instead of chocolate chips try crushed nuts, mini marshmallows or sprinkles!
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 6 popsicle sticks
- 100g milk cooking chocolate
- 50g white cooking chocolate
- 30g milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Get a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Peel the bananas cut them in half and insert a popsicle stick into each cut half and lay the halves on the baking tray.
Melt the milk cooking chocolate and white cooking chocolate in separate bowls.
Gently dip each banana half into the milk-cooking chocolate and sprinkle over the chocolate chips (or any toppings you may like) then gently place onto the baking tray. Continue until all bananas are covered.
Melt the white cooking chocolate and lightly drizzle over all of the banana pops.
Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes or until set.
