Bacon And Egg Breaky Wrap

A simple tasty breaky for those on the go!

Note: For an extra kick we sometimes add Krunchilli (medium heat).

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 strips of streaky bacon
  • 1 wrap (we Recommend Missions Spinach wrap)
  • 1 tsp of mayonnaise
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. On a plate place your wrap and spread the mayonnaise where you will lay your bacon and eggs.
  2. In a medium size non-stick pan on low-medium heat cook the bacon and eggs until the inside of the egg is just a little runny.
  3. Lay the bacon on the wrap first (where you placed the mayonnaise) then gently lay the eggs on top of the bacon.
  4. Sprinkle a LIGHT pinch of salt and pepper over the eggs ( the bacon is already salty so go easy with the salt)
  5. Gently fold the bottom of the wrap up first, then fold one edge over, and then the other.
  6. Enjoy!
