BBQ Pulled Pork Scotch Fillet

Pulled pork rolls for dinner anyone?

Note: We have used scotch fillet but you can also use a boneless pork shoulder!

Instructions

  1. Mix the garlic and herb seasoning with the salt and rub it into the pork. Place the pork into the slow cooker. 
  2. In a small bowl mix together the bbq sauce, apple cider vinegar and stock, and gently pour into the slow cooker.
  3. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 9 hours.
  4. Insert a meat thermometer and check to see if the internal temperature has reached 68c. If not cook for 15-20 minutes at a time until the temperature reaches 68c.
  5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker. keep 1/2 cup) place the pork on a large plate or bowl and shred the meat using two forks.
  6. Taste the pork and add more BBQ sauce if you like.
  7. Enjoy!
