A simple tasty breaky for those on the go!
Note: For an extra kick we sometimes add Krunchilli (medium heat).
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 strips of streaky bacon
- 1 wrap (we Recommend Missions Spinach wrap)
- 1 tsp of mayonnaise
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- On a plate place your wrap and spread the mayonnaise where you will lay your bacon and eggs.
- In a medium size non-stick pan on low-medium heat cook the bacon and eggs until the inside of the egg is just a little runny.
- Lay the bacon on the wrap first (where you placed the mayonnaise) then gently lay the eggs on top of the bacon.
- Sprinkle a LIGHT pinch of salt and pepper over the eggs ( the bacon is already salty so go easy with the salt)
- Gently fold the bottom of the wrap up first, then fold one edge over, and then the other.
- Enjoy!
