Pavlova Grazing Board

A simple yet delicious twist on an Australian favorite.

This board really is a people pleaser with everyone getting to choose what topping they want on their pavlova!

Ingredients

Board

  • 250ml Whipping cream (whipped)
  • 250gram fresh strawberries (washed)
  • 250grams fresh blueberries (washed)
  • 250grams fresh raspberries (washed)
  • 3 kiwi fruit (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 2 peaches (seed removed and roughly chopped)
  • 100ml passionfruit pulp
  • Around 150grams of crushed/chopped chocolates of choice (flakes are recommended)
  • 145grams mini M&M’S

pavlovas

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp cornflour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
  2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  3. In an electric mixer bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  4. Add sugar, lemon juice and sifted cornflour, and beat until stiff and glossy (at least 10 minutes).
  5. Spoon heaped teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto baking trays. Flatten into a disc.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
  7. Leave the pavlova’s in the oven until the oven and pavlovas are completely cool. (This allows the pavlovas to dry out)
  8. To whip the cream in an electric mixer use the whisk to beat the cream until soft peaks begin to form.
  9. Assemble the board as you desire, keeping all toppings separate.
