No-Bake Chocolate & Banana Granola Bars

If you have plans for the weekends or holidays, these granola bars are an awesome addition! Quick, easy, and tasty. These are great snacks to keep you going.

You can really add any additions to the top of this bar! Try adding white chocolate chunks or even sultanas.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chocolate cluster granola cereal
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 large mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup dried banana chips

Instructions

  1. Line a brownie tray with baking paper.
  2. Add all ingredients to the bowl of an electric mixer ( paddle attachment). Mix on medium speed until well combined.
  3. Add mixture into the baking tray and press additional chocolate chunks and banana chips into the top of the granola bars.
  4. Cover with glad wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour
  5. Then gently lifting from the baking dish (with the sides of the parchment paper) onto a cutting board then cut into bars.
