Pork chops can be a little on the simple side. But this recipe will change the way you think about such a simple cut of meat.
Sweet, salty, and super juicy. These pork chops are one of our tastiest dishes yet!
Ingredients
- 8 Pork chops
Marinade
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp garlic paste
- 4 tsp vinegar (white or Apple)
Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients together in a zip lock bag big enough to fit pork chops as well.
- Add pork chops and mix around to fully coat pork chops.
- Refrigerate for 7-24hours.
cooking
- Preheat your bbq grill to medium heat (if you don’t have a bbq do this in a frying pan instead)
- Sear the pork chops on both sides on the preheated grill.
- Lightly brush the extra marinade onto each side of the chops as they cook. After about 4-5 minutes, turn over and brush with extra marinade. After 2-3 more minutes turn and brush again. (if you don’t have anymore marinade don’t worry, but continue to turn and cook)
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 63c
- Enjoy!
