Easy Ice Cream Slice

Wanting something sweet and simple this slice is for you!

With an easy base and endless choices this recipe is great!

Some suggestions for add ins

  • Carmelo koalas
  • Chocolate flakes
  • Peppermint chocolate
  • Choc honeycomb
  • Cookie dough (raw edible kind)
  • Nougat

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 packets malt biscuits (Arnot’s malt biscuits or coffee biscuits are recommended)
  • 400grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • Chocolate bars and the amount of your choice (crushed) (we used choc honeycomb)

Instructions

Tip: For something even sweeter try crushing a whole packet of chocolate ripple biscuits for the base and top.

  1. Line a brownie tray with glad wrap
  2. line the bottom of the tray with the biscuits so all surface area is covered
  3. In a mixing bowl whip condensed milk and cream together until thick.
  4. Fold through crumbled chocolate bar and spread mixture over biscuits.
  5. line the top of the mixture with biscuits until covered (try to align bottom row of biscuits with top so its easier to cut)
  6. Cover and place in freezer over night
  7. Remove, cut up and enjoy!
