Sweet, salty and with fresh herbs… These are so tasty even the kids will enjoy them!
Having a BBQ? Skip preheating the oven and cook these on the BBQ for 30-35 minutes or until tender!
Ingredients
- 150g salted butter,room tempreture
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 4 cobs sweet corn (husk and silk removed)
- 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180c fan forced and mix together all of the ingredients except the corn.
- Tear 4 pieces of foil large enough to wrap a cob, place a cob on each piece.
- Top each cob of corn with an even amount of butter mixture, then seal edges to form parcels. Bake for 30-35 mins or until tender.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving (These will hold heat so be careful)
- Enjoy!
