These breakfast bagels are a simple yet super tasty breakfast.
Who doesn’t love bacon, eggs, and cheese? These bagels are sure to hit the spot and to be a new weekend staple.
Ingredients
- 2 bagels
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a frypan on medium-high heat.
- Add in the bacon and eggs and cook to your personal liking, salt, and pepper the eggs.
- Once cooked turn off the pan and place 2 pieces of cheese on each egg and lay 2 pieces of bacon on top allow to sit in the frypan until cheese has slightly melted.
- Cut the bagels in half, toast, and then butter.
- On the bottom half of the bagels lay the stack of eggs, cheese, and bacon and top with the other half of the bagel.
