Note: We recommend serving this over a bed of coconut rice.
Ingredients
- 500gm beef mince
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger finely chopped or minced
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1/2 red capsicum finely sliced
- 1/2 green capsicum finely sliced
- 1 spring onion (green part only, finely sliced)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 fresh red chilli finely sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together the coconut aminos, 1 tbsp sesame oil, ginger, coconut sugar and honey.
- In a wok heat up the remaining sesame oil over medium-high heat, cook garlic until fragrant then add mince, and capsicum until all cooked through.
- Strain any excess water from the wok. Pour in the coconut aminos mixture and stir until all mixed together.
- Serve up in a bowl and sprinkle over your desired amount of spring onion, sesame seeds and chilli flakes.
