  • 1/2 cup dark cooking chocolate roughly chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  2. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking dish with baking paper and spray the parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.
  5. Add the dry mix over the wet mix and stir until just combined. (do not over stir)
  6. Pour the mix into the tin and smooth the top.
