A simple yet delicious twist on an Australian favorite.
This board really is a people pleaser with everyone getting to choose what topping they want on their pavlova!
Ingredients
Board
- 250ml Whipping cream (whipped)
- 250gram fresh strawberries (washed)
- 250grams fresh blueberries (washed)
- 250grams fresh raspberries (washed)
- 3 kiwi fruit (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 2 peaches (seed removed and roughly chopped)
- 100ml passionfruit pulp
- Around 150grams of crushed/chopped chocolates of choice (flakes are recommended)
- 145grams mini M&M’S
pavlovas
- 6 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp cornflour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- In an electric mixer bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and sifted cornflour, and beat until stiff and glossy (at least 10 minutes).
- Spoon heaped teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto baking trays. Flatten into a disc.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
- Leave the pavlova’s in the oven until the oven and pavlovas are completely cool. (This allows the pavlovas to dry out)
- To whip the cream in an electric mixer use the whisk to beat the cream until soft peaks begin to form.
- Assemble the board as you desire, keeping all toppings separate.
