This dish is super tasty and goes great as an extra addition to any meal. We recommend trying this along with your next roast!
Ingredient
- 50g Asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the asparagus and trim off the tough woody ends.
- In a pan, heat up the olive oil to a medium-high heat and lay the asparagus in the pan (not stacked on top of each other).
- Drizzle the balsamic over the asparagus and sprinkle over the salt and pepper.
- Cook the asparagus for 5 minutes and rotate often.
- Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
