Baked Brie With Fresh Rosemary And Wild Honey

Melted brie with sweet twist…

Looking for a new way to spice up your next batch of cheese and crackers? Try our baked brie recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 200g brie cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp wild honey (Regular is okay to)
  • Your choice of crackers or dry breadsticks.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to a 160c fan forced and place a baking tray onto the middle shelf.
  2. Remove the packaging from the Brie and place it into a small ceramic baking dish (just a little wider than the cheese.)
  3. Score a deep chriss-cross pattern on the top rind of the cheese. Drizzle the honey over the top and sprinkle on the salt, garlic powder and insert the leaves of rosemary into the gaps.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 6 minutes or until just melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and arrange your dipping choice around the dish
  6. Serve and enjoy!
