This recipe takes about 10 minutes to make and only has 6 ingredients that you most likely already have in your pantry.
Smooth, creamy and super tasty this is the perfect sauce for so many dishes!
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the microwave (make sure it’s covered) until it’s hot. (you can also heat it on the stove).
- Add the egg yolks, lemon juice, dijon, salt, and cayenne pepper into a blender and blend for 5 seconds until combined.
- With the blender still running, slowly add in the butter until well combined.
- Pour the hollandaise sauce into a small bowl and serve while warm.
- Enjoy!
