Hollandaise Sauce

This recipe takes about 10 minutes to make and only has 6 ingredients that you most likely already have in your pantry.

Smooth, creamy and super tasty this is the perfect sauce for so many dishes!

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave (make sure it’s covered) until it’s hot. (you can also heat it on the stove).
  2. Add the egg yolks, lemon juice, dijon, salt, and cayenne pepper into a blender and blend for 5 seconds until combined.
  3. With the blender still running, slowly add in the butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the hollandaise sauce into a small bowl and serve while warm.
  5. Enjoy!
