Dark Chocolate Almond Bites

For this recipe, you will need chocolate moulds.

You can swap out the almonds for any nuts or fruit you like!

Ingredients

  • 200g dark cooking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup almonds unsalted and crushed

Instructions

  1. Spread almonds in a large pan and toast over medium heat until they start to brown (3 to 5 minutes). Pour almonds into a bowl and set aside
  2. Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stirring frequently and scraping down the sides to avoid burning, until fully melted. Remove from heat and pour in almonds and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate-almond mixture into the chocolate moulds.
  4. Place in the fridge until set, about 10 minutes.
