Classic Rocky Road

A delicious classic!

This recipe can be whatever you want it to be! If you want to swap anything out just keep the same measurements.

Tip: Optionally add-in…

  • Other Chocolate and Lollies
  • Coconut
  • Pineapple Chunks
  • Dried fruit

Ingredients

  • 500g Cadbury milk cooking chocolate
  • 200g marshmallows (cut in half or whole)
  • 1/2 Glacé cherries (cut in half or whole)
  • 1/4 cup peanuts (shelled)
  • 1/4 cup Violet crumble (roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Line a square cake tin with baking paper.
  2. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds intervals, removing and stirring at each 30-second interval, until the chocolate has melted. (be careful not to burn the chocolate)
  3. Chop thethe ingredients, and mix all dry ingredients together.
  4. Add in chocolate and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour into the baking tray. Gently press the mixture so it fills all gaps.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set.
  7. Use a warm knife to cut.
  8. Enjoy!
