Delicious and simple these are a great addition to any meal.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- Pork medallions (amount is up to you)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- On each medallion generously sprinkle each side with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet on a medium high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter.
- When the butter is melted and pan is hot add in your pork medallions (do not over crowd the pan).
- Cook for 2-3 minutes. The thicker the medallions the longer you cook them for. Add in the other two tbsp butter.
- Turn over the medallions cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 62c for medium rare medallions.
- Set aside for 3-5 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
