Ingredients
- 1kg piece boneless pork belly
- 2 tsp sea salt flakes
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200c for 3 minutes.
- Score the rind of the pork belly with a sharp knife. make sure you do not cut through to the meat.
- Pat the pork with a dry paper towel until it is dry to the touch. Rub the salt into the pork rind.
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket and spray with oil.
- Set a timer for 25 minutes and cook until the rind crackles.
- Reduce temperature to 160°C. Set a timer for 30 minutes.
- Remove pork belly and cut up and serve.
