Pan Seared Pork Medallions

Delicious and simple these are a great addition to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • Pork medallions (amount is up to you)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. On each medallion generously sprinkle each side with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet on a medium high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter.
  3. When the butter is melted and pan is hot add in your pork medallions (do not over crowd the pan).
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes. The thicker the medallions the longer you cook them for. Add in the other two tbsp butter.
  5. Turn over the medallions cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 62c for medium rare medallions.
  6. Set aside for 3-5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
