This nacho cheese sauce is rich and tangy and only uses real ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar, grated
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Method
- In a small pot add the flour and butter and whisk together until combine. When the mixture begins to get bubbly, mix for about 1 min
- whisk in the milk and turn up the heat until it comes to a simmer. Continue to simmer until the mixture is nice and thick.
- Gradually add the cheese until completely melted through (do not overheat)
- Lastly stir in the chili, garlic, onion powder, and salt to taste
- Pour into a small dish and you are done!
