Delicious Guacamole

Serve with corn chips or serve with hot chips as loaded fries!

Ingredients

• 1/4 brown or red onion finely diced
• 1 Roma tomato chopped into 1cm cubes
• 3 Tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
• 1 lime, juiced
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 2 avocados
• 1 tbsp pickled jallpenos roughly chopped

Instructions

1. Remove the avocado pits and skin, and place the flesh in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and using a fork mash and mix together until fully combined.
3. Serve with your choice of corn chips.
4. Enjoy!
