For this recipe, you will need chocolate moulds.
You can swap out the almonds for any nuts or fruit you like!
Ingredients
- 200g dark cooking chocolate
- 1/2 cup almonds unsalted and crushed
Instructions
- Spread almonds in a large pan and toast over medium heat until they start to brown (3 to 5 minutes). Pour almonds into a bowl and set aside
- Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stirring frequently and scraping down the sides to avoid burning, until fully melted. Remove from heat and pour in almonds and stir until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of chocolate-almond mixture into the chocolate moulds.
- Place in the fridge until set, about 10 minutes.
