Air Fryer Pork Belly

Tender pork with crispy crackle this recipe is a great addition to any meal!

Ingredients

  • 1kg piece boneless pork belly
  • 2 tsp sea salt flakes
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200c for 3 minutes.
  2. Score the rind of the pork belly with a sharp knife. make sure you do not cut through to the meat.
  3. Pat the pork with a dry paper towel until it is dry to the touch. Rub the salt into the pork rind.
  4. Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket and spray with oil.
  5. Set a timer for 25 minutes and cook until the rind crackles.
  6. Reduce temperature to 160°C. Set a timer for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove pork belly and cut up and serve.
  8. Enjoy!
